Refund policy

Applied Science Labs stands behind every product we manufacture. If our formulations do not meet your expectations for any reason, we will refund your purchase in full — including all shipping and handling charges — with no return required and no documentation of dissatisfaction necessary.

Eligibility This guarantee applies to direct-to-consumer purchases made from Applied Science Labs and its authorized retail channels within sixty (30) days of the original order date.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our Customer Care team at sales@appliedsciencelabs.co within the eligibility window.
  2. Provide your order number and the name on the original purchase.
  3. Share the reason for your request — feedback helps us improve!

You are not required to return the product, though we might ask to help troubleshoot your pest problem with you.  We want to have happy customers for life. 

Processing Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment within five (5) to seven (7) business days of confirmation. Each refund includes the full product purchase price and all original shipping and handling charges.

Third-Party and Wholesale Purchases For products purchased through third-party retailers, marketplaces, or at wholesale pricing, please contact the original point of sale; their return and refund policies will govern that transaction. We work closely with our retail partners to ensure equivalent standards of care wherever our products are sold. Wholesale, professional, and bulk purchases are governed by the terms of the applicable purchase or distribution agreement.
